Upgrade to Give Your Staff Their Own Access

- All of our packages give 24/7 portal access to Word format versions of your policies, which are designed for management to use and edit
- If you need an additional user account to give your staff access to your policies via our portal, we can provide additional user licences
- These user licences are adapatable in number and grows alongside your workforce
- We will provide separate login credentials you can share with your workforce
- All policies and procedures accessible from these extra User Licences are in PDF format
- You can upload additional documents such as memos or templates for staff to access - all in PDF format
- Staff cannot delete, amend or add files to the separate user account in order to preserve the integrity of your policies
- This is an optional upgrade and must be purchased alongside one of the document packages
If you choose Option 2 or Option 3, we will personalise your policy documents. But what does personalisation involve?
- We provide you with a personalisation questionnaire via our online portal to gather information about how we can best tailor the policies to your requirements
- We incorporate your Logo and Company Name; along with the start date and the review date of the policies
- Once you have completed and submitted the questionnaire, the final personalised policies will then be generated and uploaded to your account on our online portal
- These personalised documents will be available to you within 2-3 hours
- When new policies become available, you will be able to receive personalised versions of these via our online portal
- If you choose Option 3, you will also get a printed and bound copy of the personalised policies sent to you via courier
